Waterwebs occur in only 1% of all turquoise making them very collectible. Waterwebs are cut from much larger chunks of turquoise, so no host rock surrounds it, so when it dries the matrix is not of the host rock, it is of the turquoise itself, and that is how you get the darker blue lines within the lighter blue. The gemstones are secure in smooth bezel, on a foundation of heavy gauge vintage sterling silver. Applied leaves flank the turquoise cabochons. This bracelet will be a cherished addition to your collection of fine vintage Southwestern and Native American jewelry.
