OLD Vintage Zuni Sterling Silver Turquoise Inlay Ring BEAUTIFUL
This listing features a vintage Zuni ring handcrafted from Sterling Silver and Turquoise. Size - Sits between a 4 and 4.25 on a ring mandrel. Ring Face Measurements - The ring face measures just under 1-1/2" long by just over 1/2" wide. Signed by Artist - NO. Stamped Sterling - NO, tested and verified. Condition - Preowned, in excellent vintage condition with original stone inlays and naturally aged patina, ready to wear or display. Handcrafted in the mid too later-mid century, this classic Dishta style ring features a delicate design of inlaid turquoise.
All of the stones are in good vintage condition and portray rich blue to blue green color hues with subtle matrixes. The design is made from tear drop stone inlays situated in flush silver bezels to resemble flowers.
Twisted ropes surround the inlays in the shape of an S with silver droplets near the center. The back of the ring has a sturdy split shank in perfect round shape. This ring is on the larger side for a dishta style piece. It's well crafted and looks to be made by a member of the Dishta family but there is no signature.A sterling stamp is also missing which is common of the era. The silver has been tested and proves to be sterling. This classic Zuni inlay ring is perfect for today's trending vintage styles.
